The LIRR is still the fastest way to get to midtown Manhattan
This morning I woke up late and had to get to midtown by 8:30am. I knew if I drive in it would take atleast an hour and 30 min especially with the traffic on the Grand Central, so i decided to take the LIRR. It cost me $12 for the ride in but I got to Penstation in 45min. I was able to make my meeting and ultimately my day.
